About Will

Will is a product of Birdsboro. He looks like a handsome, manly version of his mother, which we are very happy with. He has a stellar pedigree of dual purpose (show-field) dogs and is just an awesome dog in every sense. Guess that is what happens when you breed two great parents. We are very excited about this boy’s potential! Like his half-brother Andre, we were not looking to keep a male in this litter… but he was just too good to pass up.

Will the Show Dog

Will will begin his show career in 2011. We show our dogs on a limited basis, as we also have to make time for their hunting careers (and having young kids). Will has a lot of substance, is a very correct size we believe for a dual-purpose Pointer, and moves like a dream. We think that he has everything we need for our future breeding program. We are thrilled to have him, his sister, Olive, and his half-siblings Andre and August, in our breeding program. We are also lucky enough to co-own his brother’s Finn and Tommy (and his sister, Jane, is also with Tartan’s owner). Will’s mother, Brett, has been a phenomenal foundation bitch for us.

Still looking good.

We're thinking he has a strong career ahead of him.

Will the Birddog

Will already is a natural on birds, as are many of his littermates. He has a great nose and a seriously intense, classic-style point (with a level tail). His mother is awesome in the field and a natural retriever, so we think Will will follow in her footsteps.

We will get pictures up of Will in the field as soon as we take some.

Even at one year, will has no problem just basking in the sun.

Will's always ready to go on a new adventure. Apparently he's just waiting for something to turn up.

Ok, so he doesn't always like to keep his eyes open.

I would say that he gets along pretty well with his sister Olive.
